    Shipping and Returns

    UK Carriage info:
    We ship all orders via either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight of your order. The vast majority of orders are shipped the next working day following placement of your order (note we are closed Thursdays), we will notify you via email should there be anything prevening us from doing so on your order..

    We also deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. Please call 01845 587207 or email shop@nsac.co.uk for prices and delivery times.

    UK Mail Or Parcel Force  
    Our UK regular courier delivery service is provided by Parcelforce but we may use other courier companies depending on where you live in the UK, to enable us to get you the best price and fastest service. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will also be informed by the delivery company, then you will receive your order by the end of the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. Please aware that our courier service is based on a next day service only, but in some areas in the UK it may take up 2 days depending on your location. A signature will be required. Please note: at the checkout area an additional surcharge may be added on top of our base UK postage rate from Parcelforce, depending on what zone you live in. This additional amount is billed to us direct from our carrier, as they class these areas as remote. The additional surcharges only apply to parcels sent via Parcelforce, £8.23 for Zone 2 and £11.22 for Zone to the postcodes outlined in this document.

    1 Hour predict service
    When we use Parcelforce  to send your parcels out, they will provide all our customers with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so they don't have to wait in all day, plus a list of inflight options, so you have more control over your delivery.  

    Royal Mail
    Our standard UK delivery service is with the Royal Mail 24 Hour service and once dispatched it will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 48 Hour will take 2-3 days A signature is not required. All overseas orders up to 1kg will go out via Royal Mail international Track and Signed service, please allow 3-5 daysA signature will be required.

    How do I return an item?

    If you wish to return goods, you must inform Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear of your intention to return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.

    You will then receive confirmation from Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back for refund in an unused, unopened condition.

    Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods are not received we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear from your nominated courier.

    Returns Policy

    CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS - from our Online shop
    (not including manufacturer warrantable items. Please contact our Sales dept. if you believe your item has failed within warrantable circumstances)

    You have the right to cancel your order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items.

    If you wish to cancel under the UK Consumer Protections (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you must inform Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear of your intention to cancel your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.

    You will then receive confirmation from Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back in a re-saleable condition.

    Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear from your nominated courier.

    If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.

    Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear for refund following receipt of goods by customer.

    We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

    All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear are not responsible for any shipping or insurance charges relating to return of goods.

    Please be aware that Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear may NOT be able to accept for full or partial refund/credit any items that have been prior installed by the customer before return.

    Such goods/components shall be deemed 'used' and therefore unable for subsequent resale.

    Specifically, but not exclusively, the return of prior installed electronic items used for purchaser diagnostic or trouble-shooting purposes shall not be considered for full refund.

    The decision to refund or partially refund prior installed items shall remain solely at the discretion of Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear.

    The decision to refund or partially refund goods returned beyond 14 days after original date of sale shall remain solely at the discretion of Northallerton Shooting & Countrywear.

    Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above. Consumers other than Business trade customers are further protected by UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
